This premium add-on is available when purchasing a new wig from The CharLexi Experience and provides ongoing maintenance support to preserve the quality, appearance, and longevity of your unit.

What’s Included

With your warranty, you will receive:

• Up to 3 Wig Revamps
(Includes wash, deep conditioning, and styling only)

• 1 Lace Replacement (Labor Only)
Ensures your unit maintains a clean, seamless finish over time

Lace Replacement Policy

Lace must be purchased through The CharLexi Experience.

Please note:
This warranty covers labor only for lace replacement. The cost of lace is not included and must be purchased separately.

Service Usage Guidelines

• Services must be used on the original wig purchased by TCE
• Revamps include wash, conditioning, and styling only (no customization)
• Warranty services are non-transferable
• All services must be booked in advance
