How long will my order take?

Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

• Ready-to-Wear Wigs: 3–5 Business Days

• Signature Glueless Wig Remakes: 10–15 Business Days

• Build Your Crown (Custom Wigs): 14–21 Business Days

• Hair Extensions: 3–5 Business Days

• Wig Services: 5–10 Business Days

• Lashes & Lash Books: 2–3 Business Days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

All orders are shipped after processing is complete.

• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

• International Shipping: 7–14 Business Days

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. TCE is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, TCE is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and its contents so we can assist you.

For security purposes, please ensure your billing and shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order.

Orders flagged for verification may require additional confirmation before processing.

All Build Your Crown custom wigs are handcrafted specifically for each client using the selections and measurements provided at checkout.

Because every unit is made to order, all custom wig sales are final once production begins.

Please review your measurements carefully before submitting your order.

We proudly service 100% human hair wigs only.

Outside wigs are welcome but must be gently used and free from excessive damage.

We do not service:

• Synthetic hair
  
• Severely matted wigs
  
• Previously customized wigs for the "Supply Your Own Wig" service
  

Additional fees may apply for excessive glue removal, major repairs, or additional customization.

Due to the customized nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted on:

• Lashes & Lash Books

• Sale Items

Accurate head measurements are required for all custom wig orders.

TCE is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the client.

If a completed unit requires resizing due to incorrect measurements, a $45 reconstruction fee will apply.

For $150, you'll receive:

• Up to 3 Wig Revamp Services (wash, deep conditioning, and styling)

• 1 Complimentary Lace Replacement Labor Service

Lace must be purchased separately through TCE.

Warranty is valid for the original wig purchased from TCE and is non-transferable.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Flexible payment options are available through Shop Pay Installments and Klarna on qualifying purchases.

To protect both our clients and our business, TCE reserves the right to verify billing information and cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
