Service Requirements

Outside wigs are welcome; however, all units must meet the following standards:

• 100% human hair only (no synthetic fibers)
• Gently worn wigs only
• Hair must be free of matting, excessive shedding, or severe damage

Additional Fees

A $25 adhesive removal fee will be applied to wigs with excessive glue or adhesive buildup on the hair or lace.

Recommended Add-On

If your lace is worn, thinning, or damaged, we recommend adding a lace replacement service for the best overall results and longevity of your unit.

Additional Information

Each unit is treated with care to restore its natural look and feel while maintaining the integrity of the hair. Turnaround time begins once the wig is received and approved for service.
